摘 要: | 符合“最小区域”意义上的平行度误差评定,是精密检测所追求的终极目标。对于基准为平面、被测对象为平面或直线的平行度误差,首先针对基准平面上的测量数据,以高精度平面度误差为目标,创新性地探索符合“最小区域”准则的算法以求取基准平面,从而计算出被测对象的平行度误差值。

Abstract: | The precise detection is to pursuit space parallel error evaluation in the sense of the minimum area. The paral- lel error with the plane as basis and the measured object is flat or straight, we uses plane data and aims of high -precision flatness error, explores the algorithm in line with "minimal area" criteria to calculate parallel error. |
