| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the concept of student affairs services and student work in colleges and universi- ties, this paper compares and researches the idea, organizational structure, work mode, service content, service staff of the student affairs in Sino - foreign colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the reform and innovation of the student affairs service of domestic colleges and universities. |
