| Abstract: | In recent years,due to the severe employment situation,the problem of university students’ employmen become a hot issue of the society.Student’s error mental employment is an important factor which led to the Graduates Employment.Students error employment psychological manifestations in various forms which show that they are lack of the correct value of identity and self-awareness.Thus,the analysis and research of college students employment psychology,and actively explore solutions of the problems,have very important theoretical and practical significance. |
