| 摘 要： | 晚清时期，创办于上海最早的近代中文报馆《申报》馆在西学东渐的历史背景下，开拓创新，在办好报纸的同时。围绕报业为中心发展图书出版事业，其中在古籍出版方面引领潮流，贡献良多，成为中国出版逐步走向近代化的一个缩影。
