| 摘 要： | 大型旋转设备的正常运行对工业生产意义重大。本文中设计的系统能够对电机组进行在线监测,硬件构成除了通用的传感器和PC机外,同时用PLC作为检测高电压和大电流的上位机;软件设计包含了系统监测所需的主要功能,足以检测出电机组可能存在的故障。

| Abstract: | Running normally of large- scale revolving equipments is important to industrial production. The system metioned in the paper is designed for electrical machinery on-line monitoring. Besides sensors and computer, PLC is used in this system to monitor high voltage and electric current. Software includes necessary functions for monitoring, and can find possible failures of electrical machinery. |
