| 摘 要： | 李蒸先生是我国著名的教育家、爱国人士，是民众教育思潮的代表人物之一。其民众教育思想渗透出诸多终身教育理念，并提出一套完整的符合我国国情的终身教育模式，尤其是其所倡导的“积极的民众”教育，弥补了终身教育实施的局限性。
