Human basis of the grand development program of Western China |

| Abstract: | The grand development program of Western China is a very important Strategy for the economy development and national rejuvenation of China.The exploit of human resourse is the key to finish the program,so great efforts should be made to develop the elementary education,to develop economic adjustment and all means of education accordingly,and to implement the talent strategy.The rapid developing economy gives the favourable circumstance for the development of Western China. |
