| 摘 要： | 规范的国际商务法律文书一般包括两方面的内容:一是对权益主体义务的规定;二是对权利的确认。这两方面的内容使法律文书的行文逻辑和论证方式逐步形成了一定的模式,与其他文体相比,法律文书有其独特的文体特点。本文从韩礼德的系统功能语言学角度出发,用其语域理论对国际商务法律文书语篇进行分析,目的有三:通过从系统功能语言学的核心理论入手,指出将该理论运用于翻译实践的可行性和指导作用,以帮助译者从新的角度审视翻译问题;用系统功能语言学分析描述国际商务法律文书及其译文,可以检验系统功能语言学理论在语篇分析和翻译研究方面的可行性;得出国际商务法律文书的严谨、规范、统一的翻译标准。
