| 摘 要： | 诚信是立身处世之本、社会交往的基本要求、治理国家的基本准则、经济全球化的黄金规则，诚信对一个人、一个集体、一个民族的生存与发展有着至关重要的意义。本文认为大学生代考的原因是缺乏诚信观念，并进一步分析了经济全球化对中国诚信制度的挑战，探讨了中国诚信制度建设的对策。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the reason why the examination phenomenon of substituted one for another can take place, the author take the view that the main reason is the lost of honest and credit, the view of honest and credit is very important for us. Furthermore, this article discusses efficacy of honest and credit, and probed the challenges to the credit system of China caused by economic globalization, further discussed how to establish credit institution of China in globalization. |
