服务与经营理念下的高校内部管理创新策略研究

摘    要:教育竞争要求高校的发展必须以经营与服务的理念打造其品牌和毕业生,毕业生的社会地位与高校品牌之间的良性互动共生过程创造着高校的未来。为此,国内外的学者近年来在很大程度上用服务和经营的目光关注高校的发展。构建高校的服务与经营发展理念需要做到两点:服务理念应成为中高层管理者的思维基础;经营理念应成为高校创造品牌的触手。该理念需要借助两方面得以实现:经营并留住正"异端"教师;立体网络模式的优秀教师甄选考核方法。

Innovative Strategies Research on the Inner Mnagement in University under the Name of Service and Management

Abstract:Education competition requests that the university development should product its brands and graduates under the name of management and service(MS),a better interaction between university brand and the social atatus of graduates is begetting its future.Over the past decades scholar abroad and at home paid much attention to the university development in tems of of MS in great degree. It is concluded that the two aspects must be done in order to construct the morals of MS,namely,the moral of service should be the basis to the school development as for middle and higher manager while the moral of management should be the tentacle for universities creating its brand.It can be realized in virtue of the following two aspects:managing and retaining positive heresy teacher,an mothod of selecting excellent teachers under multi-laterial network mode.
