| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the configuration objects and principles of network information resources,we conclude that both government and market are motivities to make the configuration of network information resources more and more rational,and neither government nor the other market anticipates can be substituted reciprocally,which has specific functions on configuration of network information resources. |
