| Abstract: | It is the important strategy of the prevention of the network public opinion crisis to avoid the circumvent group polarization. In view of the group polarization and their catalytic effect on the formation of the network public opinion crisis, the early-warning strategies effectively of the network public opinion crisis were discussed from four aspects including the network public opinion monitoring system, public opinion guidance system, internet management system and network construction. |
