| 摘 要： | 青海盐湖资源综合开发利用越来越为世人所关注,文章从青海盐湖资源综合开发利用的原材料、技术、劳动力、产品、环境等几个方面着手,对青海盐湖资源综合开发利用中的关键问题进行了讨论,提出必须尽快制定盐湖资源综合开发利用的战略规划,走＂平衡、高值、可持续、和谐＂的发展路径,并对技术、劳动力、产业发展等提出了具体发展建议。

| Abstract: | People paid more and more attention to comprehensive exploitation of Qinghai salt lake resource.the article analyzed the problems in comprehensive exploitation of Qinghai salt lake resource,including five aspects：comprehensive utilization of raw materials,technology,labor,product and environment.It pointed that it is necessary to draw up a strategic plan of comprehensive exploiting of salt lake resources,uphold an ideology of ＂ balanced,high-value,sustainable,harmonious＂.There are several suggestions of technology,labor,and industry. |
