| 摘 要： | 地立官员与房地产开发商之间的权力寻租所产生的腐败问题日趋显现。以安徽省阜阳副区长曹颍章强拆民房为例，展肝论述权力寻租产生的原因、危害性。整治权力寻租一要树立正确的绩效观；二要实行“拆管分离”；三要健全法律制度和完善权力监督机制。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the abuse of power generated by corruption between the government officials and real estate developers. It takes CAO Ying-zhang, the deputy major of Fuyang of Anhui Province forcing relocation houses for example to explain the reasons and harm of the abuse of power generated by corruption and then proposes the corresponding countermeasures. |
