| Abstract: | In 2016, the gross domestic product of Germany, Britain and France ranked fourth, fifth and sixth in the world, and the per capita GDP was far higher than that of China. The international competitiveness report, such as European Innovation Scoreboard 2017, The Global Innovation Index 2017, National Innovation Index Report 2016-2017, The Global Competitiveness Report 2017-2018, shows that Germany, Britain and France have strong innovative competitiveness. The Roots of Innovation: US Chamber International IP Index 2017 shows that the German, British and French countries have a good environment for intellectual property protection. This paper studies the typical innovation index of Germany, Britain and France, analyzes the scientific and technological innovation ability of the three countries, summarizes the related features, and puts forward some enlightenment. |
