| 摘 要： | 从目前我国所加入的相关国际条约、我国国内法律、行政法规、规章等4个层次的教育立法中，涉及高职教育对外开放和合作交流的法律规定存在缺失、间接和偏颇等不足，需要健全高职教育法律体系，完善其有关对外开放与合作交流的规定。

| Abstract: | From approaches of educational legislation,including international treaties we joined,domestic laws,administrative statutes and regulations,it is found that the current legal rules of international cooperation of high vocational education are inadequate,indirect and biased Thus the legal system of high vocational education leaves room for improvement and necessary rules and regulations of international cooperation of high vocational education need to be amplified. |
