碳基柔性正极制备的综合性实验研究

摘    要:通过一步水热法将MnO2纳米颗粒生长在碳布上,得到可用于锌离子电池正极的柔性电极材料,并将所得电极材料用于组装柔性锌锰电池进行性能测试。改变MnO2的沉积速率和碳布的预处理方式,探究所得样品的形貌和性能变化。结果表明,采用酸浸的方式处理碳布和MnO2沉积速率为15 r/min时,得到的碳布-MnO2柔性正极材料性能优异。将此条件下得到的柔性电极材料作为柔性锌锰电池的正极,结果显示柔性电池具有优异的能量储存能力和抗弯曲变形性能。该实验方法成本低、环保、易操作,为柔性锌离子电池正极材料的制备和性能优化提供了有效途径。

Abstract:The one-step hydrothermal method is used to grow MnO2 nanoparticles on a carbon cloth to obtain a flexible electrode material that can be used in a zinc-ion battery positive electrode,and the obtained electrode material is used to assemble a flexible zinc-manganese battery for performance testing.We change the deposition rate of MnO2 and the pretreatment method of carbon cloth to explore the changes in the morphology and properties of the obtained samples.The results show that when the carbon cloth and MnO2 deposition rate is 15 r/min,the carbon cloth-MnO2 flexible cathode material obtained by acid immersion has excellent performance.The flexible electrode material obtained under this condition is used as the positive electrode of a flexible zinc-manganese battery,and the results show that the obtained flexible battery has excellent energy storage capacity and resistance to bending deformation.The cost of the experimental method is low,and it is environmentally friendly and easy to operate.It provides an effective way for the preparation and performance optimization of flexible zinc-ion battery cathode materials.
