| 摘 要： | 在新媒体背景下,社会主义意识形态作为开展思想政治工作的重要阵地,意识形态教育与安全建设迎来机会,也遭到冲击和挑战。大学生正处于世界观、人生观、价值观的形成阶段,被动在网络接受信息的同时也主动在网络创造信息,缺乏对言论和信息的鉴别能力,容易受到外来思想文化的侵蚀。复杂的网络环境也影响教师的思想观念和价值取向,出现主流意识形态弱化。在某种程度上缺少网络信息的鉴别能力,缺乏对网络舆情的引导能力、渗透能力及建设能力。探索高校意识形态教育与安全建设的新模式,加强高校网络意识形态教育与安全建设,占领网络主战场,提升高校意识形态工作领导权、管理权、话语权,成为高校党建工作的重要战略任务。

| Abstract: | Under the background of new media,socialist ideology,as an important position to carry out ideological and political work,has the opportunity of ideological education and security construction,and has also been attacked and challenged.College students are in the formation stage of world outlook,outlook on life and values,passively in the network to accept information at the same time actively create information in the network,lack of speech and information identification ability,vulnerable to the erosion of foreign thought and culture.The complex network environment also affects the teacher's ideology and value orientation,and the mainstream ideology weakens.To some extent,there is a lack of network information identification ability,lack of network public opinion guidance ability,penetration capacity and building capacity.Exploring the new model of ideological education and security construction in colleges and universities,strengthening the ideological education and security construction of college networks,occupying the main battlefield of network,and enhancing the leading,management and discourse rights of ideological work in colleges and universities has become an important strategic task of the Party building work in colleges and universities. |
