| 摘 要： | 本文通过挖掘减税降费政策的经济效应,根据在减税降费实施过程中出现的问题,提出了保障减税降费政策落到实处的措施建议:一是提升财政管理水平;二是加大转移支付力度;三是综合运用“互联网+”和“大数据”手段;四是强化对财会人员的职业培训。
