| 摘 要： | 在地方高校开展国防教育,是全面贯彻党的教育方针,推进素质教育,培养"四有"新人的客观要求.加强地方高校国防教育必须深化思想认识,认清国防教育的重大意义;要强化组织管理,确保国防教育落到实处;要紧紧围绕当今时代的主题,把握国防教育重点,讲究形式和方法,努力增强国防教育实效.
