| 摘 要： | 党中央在十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的伟大战略,这一举措不仅有利于解决“三农”问题,缩小城乡差距,而且还会对农村人口流动产生积极影响和消极影响,总体来讲积极影响为主。因此,在新农村建设具体实施过程中,会推动农村人口的流动。

| Abstract: | The Party Central Committee proposed great strategy of constructing socialism new countryside at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee.This action not only is advantageous to the solution"Sannong"the question,narrows down the gap of the city and countryside,but also can produce positively affects and the negative effect on the rural population flow,overall speaking positively affects.Therefore,in the new rural reconstruction concrete implementation process,we can impel the rural population flow. |
