| 摘 要： | 针对机器人技术创新团队建设中出现的问题进行了研究,分析了当前各高校机器人技术创新实验团队的现状,从目标、师资、交流与协作、规章制度等方面探讨了团队建设的要素,阐述了全国机器人大赛特点,并从阶段任务、师资指导、实验教学、团队协作等方面提出了建设创新性实验团队的具体方法。

| Abstract: | Aimed to the problems in building innovative experimental team of robot technology, the current situations of innovative experimental teams of robot technology in universities are analyzed. The principles in building innovative experimental team of robot technology are discussed from the aspects of goal, teachers, communication and cooperation. The features of national robot competition are illustrated and the methods on building innovative experimental team of robot technology are proposed as well from the aspects of stage mission, teacher’s guidance, experiment teaching and teamwork, etc. |
