锡粉雾化阶段保温夹套的设计与应用

摘    要:锡粉雾化阶段是直接把锡熔融液雾化成小于75um粉末状锡粉物理变化的过程,对锡粉雾化主机的正常运转以及提高锡粉金属直收率具有重要的价值。文章在原有的工艺基础上,对雾化阶段保温夹套进行设计与应用,最终达到锡粉雾化主机的月均故障次数由原来的25次/月降为7次/月以及锡粉金属直收率由94.11%提高到94.48%的效果。

Design and application of powder atomization stage insulation jacket
Abstract:Tin powder atomization stage is directly put the tin melt atomization process of 75um powder physical change is less than, the recovery has important value for normal operation of tin and tin metal to improve the atomization host. In this paper, based on the original process, on the atomization phase insulation jacket design and application, finally achieve the tin powder atomization host monthly mean failure times from 25/month drop the original is 7 times/month and tin metal straight yield increased from 94.11% to 94.48%results.
