| 摘 要： | 师资是教育的灵魂，兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分。加强兼职教师队伍建设，是高职院校优化师资结构、加强实践实训环节教学的有效途径。本文基于资源依赖理论，就高职院校兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题进行分析，并提出了兼职教师队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The teaching staff is the soul of education, while part-time teachers are an important part of the teaching staff for higher vocational colleges. To enhance the construction of part-time teaching staff is an effective approach to optimize the teaching staff structure of higher vocational colleges and enhance practice teaching. Based on the resource dependence theory, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of part-time teaching staff for higher vocational colleges, and pro-posed countermeasures for it. |
