| 摘 要： | 文章对制约商科大学生创新思维培养的因素进行了调查,并进行了统计分析,认为制约商科大学生创新思维培养的因素至少有15项,这些因素从大到小依次为:就业压力导致学生急功近利、大学生的创新经费不足、学校硬件不足、个人的教育理念陈旧(重应试、重具体知识)、考试方式陈旧、老师在创新方面的引导和示范不够、学校缺乏自由创新的环境氛围、学校没有实行导师制、教学方式陈旧、学校考评方面对创新重视不够、学生知识结构不合理、科技意识差、社会对大学教育的认识观念陈旧、课程结构不合理、缺乏崇高的理想。制约商科大学生创新思维培养的因素的大小存在一定的差异,关于学校间、专业间、年级间、性别间、性格间的差异,有的显著,有的不显著。

| Abstract: | There are at least fifteen factors that restrict the innovation capability development of undergraduates of finance and economics.If they are sorted from high to low,they are as followings: being eager for quick success and instant benefit from getting a job,being shorting of innovation fee,being shorting of school's equipment to do experiment,being used to the old education ideal,being misled by old examination system,being shorting of the model of teacher innovation,being short of free innovation environment,being shorting of teachers' innovation instruction,being used to old teaching methods,being short of enough attention to be paid on innovation in students' evaluation system,being unreasonable knowledge structure,being short enough technology ideal,being social old undergraduate education conception,being unreasonable lesson structure being short of great ideality.Some of the above fifteen factors are significantly different according to the school,specialty,grade,sex,characteristics,but some are not. |
