| 摘 要： | 人民对曾国藩的历史评价尚未达成一致，但不能由此否定曾国藩教育子弟的方法的价值。他于用理想来激励子弟；用勤劳简朴、自强自方、戒骄戒傲等思想来磨砺子弟；用不许谋求特殊化来约束子弟。他的教子之道具有示范性、可性性、全面性、及时性、人情味等特点，很有现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | People differ their appraisals of Zeng Guo-fan's personal history, but one can not deny his way to educate his sons and his younger brothers. He was good at urging them towards ideals, stimulating them with thoughts of diligence, simplicity, unceasing efforts to improve themselves and be independent, and with the thoughts of never conceited and self-satisfaction. He restrained them from striving for their personal privileges. Through his way of educating, his descendants have set the characteristics of modeling, feasibility, comprehensiveness, timeliness and sensitivity, possessing the great realistic significance. |
