| 摘 要： | 足球后备人才的培养在足球运动发展中处于十分重要的战略地位,山西省的足球发展同样如此。作为足球发展未来的生力军,足球后备人才更是提高山西省足球运动水平和整体实力的实践者。目前,山西省尚未建立符合本省青少年足球训练规律和青少年足球运动员成长规律的完备体系。拟运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和专家访谈法对山西省足球后备人才的培养提出自己的见解,旨在促进山西省足球后备人才的培养。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of reserved football talents is a very important strategy in the development of football in Shanxi province and they are also the level and practitioners of football sports development.At present,the juvenile football training rules and the training pattern of a complete youth football player has not been established in Shanxi province.With the literature,the questionnaire survey,the mathematical statistics and the expert interview,the paper explain the development of supportive talents of football sports and put forward some suggestions to promote the development of reserved talents of football in Shanxi province. |
