| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确提出要“提高高等学校聘任外籍教师的比例”。在我国高等教育国际化发展步伐加快的新形势下，外国专家引进工作由学校工作的幕后走到了前台。文章就目前高校长期外国专家工作的聘请环节进行了总结分析，旨在进一步做好当前和今后的外国专家工作。
