| 摘 要： | 榜样的产生需要一个科学的机制和机理,这是榜样效应产生的前提。在相对合理的机制下产生的榜样效应如何,同样需要采取相应的机制,这是榜样效应的保障。而榜样效应最大化是一个产生、传播和示范的综合与动态的过程。本文试图从这三个方面探讨榜样效应的最大化。
