| 摘 要： | 战斗精神是当代军人核心价值观的重要内容,是一名合格军人必备的素质,军校作为我军人才培养的主渠道,担负着为国防和军队建设提供人才和智力支持的任务.本文针对军队院校学员战斗精神培养过程中存在的问题,从思想武装、制度建设以及实践锻炼等方面,探讨了进一步加强和改进学员战斗精神培养工作的有效途径.

| Abstract: | The fighting spirit is an important part of the contemporary armymen's core values.It is the essential quality of a qualified armyman.The military academy,as the main channel of military personnel training,undertakes the mission to provide the talents and intellectual support for national defence and army building.The article discusses the effective ways to strengthen and improve the cultivation of the fighting spirit of the cadets in ideology,the establishment of system and practice. |
