| 摘 要： | 大学精神包括独立的精神、自由的精神、民主的精神、科学的精神、人文的精神和创新的精神.大学精神作为大学师生群体在价值认识基础上积淀成的深层心理结构和信念,对大学师生进行价值判断和选择、确立价值取向和追求、规范行为模式和方式,以及对大学整体的改革、发展和稳定,都能起到非常重要甚至是决定性的作用.这些作用集中体现在它的导向作用、凝聚作用、激励作用和辐射作用.
