| 摘 要： | 近年高等职业院校＂校企合作、工学结合＂人才培养模式的发展,显著提高了高职教育教学质量,有力促进了人才培养质量的提高,但随着校企合作、工学结合实践的深入,问题也日益突出,研究者通过调研,结合实际情况,提出了深化高职院校＂校企合作、工学结合＂人才培养模式的措施,即＂学校重视＂、＂企业参与＂、＂责任明确＂、＂风险公担＂等四个方面,为高等职业院校进一步深化人才培养模式奠定基础。

| Abstract: | After a few years practice of the pattern of college-enterprise combination system,it shows some good results,however there＇re some problems as well.According to the research,the author mentions that the pattern should be deepened.That means the base of the pattern will involve four aspects such as college,enterprise,responsibility clarify and risk spreading. |
