| 摘 要： | 法治不仅是社会主义政治文明的重要组成部分和重要标志,而且是社会主义政治文明的有效保障.社会主义政治文明背景下的法治既包括法治的普遍精神,同时又蕴含着人民当家作主的特有政治内涵.建设社会主义政治文明,从根本上说,就是要把马克思主义的基本原理同中国的具体实际和时代特征相结合,走自己的路,建设有中国特色的社会主义民主政治.

| Abstract: | In fact, constructing the socialist political civilization is combining Marxist theory with Chinese realities, constructing socialist democracy with Chinese characteristic,constructing a country with socialist law. Bases on analyzing the relationship of the socialist political civilization and law, proceeding with expatiating the meaning of law under the socialist political civilization background, the thesis brings forward measure of advancing our law course. |
