摘 要: | 发端于社会思潮多元化历史进程中的价值冲突是和谐大学文化形成中一大急待破解的难题,问题化解的关键在于实现包含利益整合、目标整合、精神整合在内的价值整合.因为它们分别为和谐大学文化的形成奠定了基础,形成了核心,提供了灵魂。

Abstract: | The contradicts of different values, originated from historical process of multi-ethos, bring a dilemma in the formation of harmonious college cultures, the pivot of which is to realize the value integration including interests, goals and spirits, for their founding a base, a core and a soul in the construction of harmonious college cultures. |
