| 摘 要： | 就业竞争力与就业率、就业工作满意度之间存在直接关联。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对120名学前教育专业人员进行调查,在运用层次分析法的基础上构建了包括9个特征因素群和26项具体竞争力指标的学前教育专业高师毕业生就业竞争力评价体系组合权重模型,以期为高师学前教育专业学生培养和评价提供借鉴和参考。
