普通高校师资队伍建设的现状及对策

摘    要:"十一五"期间,我国普通高校师资队伍呈现稳定、健康发展的态势。师资队伍的学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构、性别结构日趋合理,但也存在高学历、高职称、教学经验丰富、科研能力强的专任教师比重偏低的情况。学校应加大自主培养人才力度,出台留住人才的有效措施,制定引进人才的优惠政策,进一步加强师资队伍建设。

Abstract:During the period of the 11th National Five-year Plan the teachiong contingent in Hunan City University was stabled healthly and advanced.The teacher structure of discipline,ages and sex became reasonable.However,some problems existed such as the ratio was low for the higher record of formal schooling,higher grade of professional titles and short of rich teaching experience and lack the strong scientific reseach competence fellow in the whole faculty.The college authority should enhance the power to train more talent,to formulate the favourable policy to keep more senior talents and to employ more senior talents and to do more work on the construction of the faculty.
