| 摘 要： | 大学是我国培养高层次创新型人才的主要阵地,质量是大学的主线,创新是大学的灵魂。要培养和造就符合现代化建设需要的高层次创新型人才,必须从深化高等教育体制改革和提高高等教育质量着手,大力创新教育与教学模式。基于此,结合哈尔滨工业大学航天学院的自身特点,就建立航天特色创新型人才体系进行了探讨,以期不断提高航天人才培养力量。
