| Abstract: | New development opportunities for higher education in Hainan have approached. To secure
great development, higher education in Hainan must be guided by new and scientific concepts of develop-
ment, directed by market orientation, socialization and future needs as well as motivated by reforms.
Meanwhile, it should focus on institutional renovations and base itself on serving Hainan and the whole
country. It is by so doing can higher education in Hainan institute new frameworks and establish new in-
stitutions so as to make breakthroughs and to attain new levels. |
