| 摘 要： | 乡政村治的建立标志着我国行政权力与乡村社会权力开始分离，村民自治有了广阔的社会空间。村民自治的组织是村民委员会，其基本具有市民社会的一般特征。随着乡村社会的发展，村民委员会的市民社会属性将会更加完善。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the government in towns and autonomy in counties begins with the separation between government authority and social authority in our country, and it can provide social broad space for county people. The autonomous organization of countiy people is the committee for country people, which basically has the characteristics of townspeople society. With the development of the countryside, the attribute of townspeople society among the committee for county people will be improved. |
