| Abstract: | Library is an important channel to effectively transfer and promote knowledge innovation, to strengthen the core competitive ability of libraries. Through an analysis of the impediments, the author proposes some suggestions to the construction of the guarantee system of the transference of knowledge in libraries and some countermeasures in the article. |
