党政机关用户对图书馆信息服务的需求与满意度分析

摘    要:为党政机关信息用户提供决策信息服务是公共图书馆的一项重要职责。通过分析党政机关用户对山西省图书馆信息服务的需求和满意度可知,政务活动现场咨询方面的用户需求排在第一位,信息决策专刊编辑的满意度最高。因此,图书馆应该宣传文化品牌,引起党政机关的重视;加强资源建设,提升信息服务保障能力;拓宽信息服务通道,提高服务效率;建设人才队伍,提升信息服务能力;培训用户,增强用户信息接受能力。

Analysis on the Demand and Satisfaction of Users of Party and Government Organizations for Library Information Services
Abstract:Providing decision-making information services to users of party and government organization s is an important duty of public libraries.Through analyzing the demand and satisfaction of users of party and government organizations for information services in Shanxi Library,we find that the demand of on the spot consultation of the government affair activity is first,the satisfaction of the editor of decisionmaking special issue is the highest.Therefore,libraries should publicize the cultural brand to obtain the attention of party and government organizations;strengthen the construction of resources to enhance the guarantee capability of information services;broaden the channel of information services to improve the service efficiency;construct the talent team to enhance the ability of information services;train users to enhance the information acceptance ability of users.
