| 摘 要： | 在对国外关于原始创新文献进行梳理的基础上,结合我国实际,分析了如何使用国际常用的SNM管理工具对我国企业原始创新进行有效管理。通过分析指出,在SNM这种有效管理工具的作用下,原始创新的风险可以得到有效控制,进而提高企业原始创新中核心技术的研发成功率。

| Abstract: | Based on reviewing original innovations' literature,considering Chinese condition,this paper analyzes how to use the internationally popular management tool——SNM,to manage the original innovation of Chinese enterprises effectively.It points out that SNM is an effective management tool,which can control the original innovation risks effectively,and increase the success rate of the original innovation core technology development. |
