| 摘 要： | 档案编研工作,对开发档案信息资源,做好档案工作起着重要的检验和推动作用;目前普遍存在编研题材陈旧、编研力量单薄、服务意识不足的问题;应从熟悉馆(室)藏、齐全档案门类、拓宽编研思路、提高编研人员素质几个方面加强编研工作。

| Abstract: | It is to put forward the general existing problems in file edition and study: not covering all the file categories; outmoded subject matter; weak editing and studying staff; insufficient serve consciousness, and also give the countermeasures: be familiar with the hall hiding files; complete file class; widen the train of thought of editing and studying; strengthen the quality of the editing and studying staff. |
