| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一次教育思想、教育内容、教育方法的深刻变革，是一次育人模式的深刻变革。本文从“治本”——高考制度的改革、“治标”——正确理解素质教育的内涵、全面提高教师素质和改进教学方法来关注这场改革，认为进行素质教育改革是一场需要标本兼治的改革。

| Abstract: | Quality education is a profound transformation in educational thoughts, educational contents, educational methodology and educational modes of training. Two aspects of the matter will be discussed, namely, reforms in college entrance examinations and a proper handling of the significance of quality education, upgrading of the quality of teaching faculty and improvement of teaching methodology. |
