| 摘 要： | 政府决策信息采集系统是政府管理自动化系统的一部分。研究政府决策信息采集模型是构建政府辅助决策支持系统的基础，也是电子政务系统开发的起点。本文从政府决策过程入手，在分析不同决策过程信息需求的基础上，界定了政府决策信息源，借鉴信息资源库建设方法，构建了电子政务环境下的政府决策信息采集模型。

| Abstract: | collection system of government decision- making information is a part of the government management auto system. To study the model about collecting government decision - making information is the foundation of building government assistant decision - making support system, and jumping - off point of exploring electron government affair system. This paper defines government decision - making information resource, based on analyzing the information demand to different government decision - making process, starting with government decision - making process. Ant then the paper builds the collection model of government decision - making information, using for reference about building method of information resource data. |
