| 摘 要： | 团队断裂带对创新的影响是团队研究领域的重要内容之一,探究团队断裂带与团队创新的关系对企业的管理实践具有重要的指引作用。该领域受到了学界和业界广泛关注,然而,关于团队断裂带对团队创新的影响效应仍存在分歧。基于此,本文对2001-2021年期间的45篇实证文献进行了元分析,证实了团队断裂带对团队创新的抑制作用,并且探究了断裂带类型、团队类型、国别差异和产业类型等因素对于团队断裂带和团队创新关系的调节作用。研究结果发现,相比信息相关断裂带,社会分类断裂带对团队创新的抑制作用更强；相比西方情景,中国情景下的团队断裂带对团队创新的抑制作用更强。

Research on the Relationship between Team Faultline and Team Innovation Based on Meta Analysis |

| Abstract: | The impact of team faultline on innovation is one of the important contents in the field of team research. Exploring the relationship between team faultline and team innovation plays an important guiding role in the management practice of enterprises. This field has received extensive attention from academia and industry. However, there are still differences on the impact of team faultline on team innovation. Based on this, this paper makes a meta-analysis of 45 empirical literature from 2001 to 2021, confirms the inhibitory effect of team faultline on team innovation, and explores the regulatory effect of team faultline, team type, country difference and industry type on the relationship between team faultline and team innovation. The results show that compared with the information related team faultline, the social classification team faultline has a stronger inhibitory effect on team innovation; Compared with the Western scenario, the team faultline in the Chinese scenario has a stronger inhibitory effect on team innovation. |
