| 摘 要： | 为解决绿色工厂各项管理体系相互分割、独立运行的问题，促进提高绿色管理水平、降低企业经营成本，以集成化思维为基础，分析绿色工厂对管理体系的需求，从管理对象、范围、方法、服务对象和服务目标等角度出发探索各管理体系间的关联度及集成化空间，将绿色工厂的4项基础管理体系分为两类，其中质量管理体系为一类，环境、职业健康安全和能源管理体系为一类，进而将提高产品绿色属性的管理融入质量管理体系，将提高生产活动过程绿色属性的管理融入环境、职业健康安全和能源类管理体系，并从顶层设计、高层推动和基层落实三方面形成绿色工厂管理体系集成化的方法和步骤。

Ideas and Methods on Establishing Integrated Management System of Green Factory |

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that various management systems are separated and operated independently in green factory, promote the improvement of green management level and the reduction of enterprise operating costs, based on integrated thinking, this paper analyzed the needs of green plants for management systems, and explored the relevance and integration space of various management systems from the perspectives of management objects, scope, methods, service objects and service objectives. The four basic management systems of green plants were divided into two categories, one was the quality management system, the other was the environment, occupational health and safety and energy management system, which further integrated the management of improving the green attribute of products into the quality management system, integrated the management of improving the green attribute of production activities into the environment, occupational health and safety and energy management system, meanwhile the integration methods and steps of green factory management systems were formed from aspects of top-level design, high-level promotion and grass-roots implementation. |
