| Abstract: | Hardy understood and loved the nature. The nature in his novels was closely linked with the feeling of people, as if it had the quality of people. In his novels, the symbolism of the plot construction, the scenery and the details was built on the base of nature, which is full of poetic flavor and picturesqueness, the poetic flavor of nature is the quality of the symbolism in Hardy's novels. |
