| 摘 要： | 认为东欧剧变苏联解体,冷战就结束了,是不科学的判断。理由是:这种判断不符合冷战概念;冷战不只是针对东欧苏联;东欧剧变苏联解体后,西方大国对中国等社会主义国家的冷战并未结束。理论和事实都表明:冷战的主客体条件具备,动力尤存,冷战未熄。

| Abstract: | It is unreasonable to draw a conclusion that the cold war ended from the collapse of communism in East Europe and Soviet Union. The reasons are in three following aspects. First, the conclusion is not fit in the definition of cold war. Second, cold war had not merely been against the bloc of communism in East Europe and Soviet Union. Third, the advanced west countries have been running the cold war a-gainst China after the collapse of communism in East Europe and Soviet Union. From the above mentioned, we can say that the cold war did not ended in that the object, the subject and the stimulus of the cold war exist. |
