| 摘 要： | 秦少游生当北宋王朝从兴盛走向衰落的时代，统治阶级的日趋腐败，辽和西夏的连年侵扰，促使他从年轻时候起就产生了兴革图强，“扫除烦苛之患”；反对侵略，“收复幽夏故墟”的报国之志。他的五十篇策论，从政治、经济、军事、法制、人才等各个方面提出了治理国家的方略，集中表现了他匡时济世、爱国忧民的精神，值得我们认真探讨和研究。

| Abstract: | Qin Shaoyou was born at a time when the Northern Song Dynasty was on the decline after its prime. The ruling class became more and more corrupt while Liao and Western Xia Dynasties suffered foreign invasion and harassment for years, which made him determined when he was young to dedicate himself to the service of his country, to encourage innovations to make his country strong,to wipe out exorbitant taxes and levies and to fight against foreign aggression to recover the devastated lost territory of the beautiful Huaxia. His fifty essays, in which he proposed- from such aspects as politics, economy, military affairs, legal system and talents-plans to administer his country, are a focused display of his patriotic spirit, a spirit of being concerned about his people and of rectifying the social evils and malpractice of his day to save his country. They are worth our earnest exploration and study. |
